Welcome to my counselling and psychotherapy practice

My approach to counselling and psychotherapy is relational which, among other things, considers the importance of relationships in understanding ourselves and our struggles. It emphasizes that our interactions with others shape our thoughts, feelings, and identities. In this approach, the therapeutic relationship itself becomes a key tool for healing, so I consider it a priority that you and I feel comfortable enough to work together.
Suffering:
I see symptoms as indicators of important blocks in emotional development and connection. Rather than just treating your discomfort, I’ll help you explore the deeper meanings behind your symptoms, paving the way for insight, and fostering growth and healing.
